| HMIS Committee Description |
| The HMIS Committee
provides oversight and guidance to the Norfolk Homeless Consortium on
issues related to the implementation of the Homeless Management
Information System. The Committee also ensures that HMIS users meet the
established Standards of Care. |

Continue to recruit non-CoC funded agencies.

Maintain high data quality of less than 2% missing or null data.

Enter 100% of clients from Project Homeless Connect into
HMIS.

Enter 100% of clients from the Unsheltered Point In Time into
HMIS.

Invite ESG agencies to the HMIS Committee meetings and assist them in beginning their data entry into HMIS as will be required by the HEARTH Act, achieving 66% coverage of ESG programs in 2011.

Work towards a more open HMIS system.
