The Norfolk Homeless Consortium has been
meeting since 1993 and receiving funding from the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to support its providers since 1995.
HUD requires that communities submit a single application for McKinney-Vento
Homeless Assistance Grants and the Continuum of Care Committee prepares
the HUD application for the Norfolk Homeless Consortium each year.
