Continuum of Care Committee DescriptionThe
Continuum of Care Committee writes the Continuum of Care statement,
ensures that all funded agencies adhere to any HUD policy changes. The
Committee also develops protocols for grant submission and ranking, and
then submits the protocols to the Norfolk Homeless Consortium for
approval. The Committee also worked on developing the Standards of Care
for the Norfolk Homeless Consortium.
